Thank you so much for providing these screencaps. I am building a 1:87 scale Artitek model of the Orca. As with all model producers, there are often small errors in the instructions and color schemes. However, thanks to your screencaps, colors and details on this Orca are as correct as possible. I’m 95% there. Thanks again!

Hi Scott! That usually happens if you’re on a Windows computer and you try to unzip the files with the built-in zip functionality. That can’t actually handle large zip files, but instead of *telling* the user that, it just shows an empty folder – very user-unfriendly! Try unzipping it with the free 7zip.org app, and it should work fine. If that doesn’t help, email me at support@screencaps.us and I’ll do everything I can to solve this for you! :)

I purchased this download. I have tried three times to download the zip file, but it’s empty every time. No folders, no photos, no nothing.
