Candy Samples
Candy Samples made a distinctive mark with her role as a cheeky, sultry presence in Russ Meyer’s cult classic Beneath the Valley of the Ultra-Vixens. Known primarily as an actress in adult and cult cinema, Samples brought a playful irreverence to her characters that fit perfectly within the outrageous, over-the-top style Meyer championed. Her work captures the wild, uninhibited spirit of 1970s underground film, standing out alongside genre pieces that mix satire with raw sexuality. With an eye-catching charisma, she helped define a niche where boldness and cheeky humor intersect. Candy’s performances hold a special place for fans drawn to boundary-pushing cinema that never takes itself too seriously—a key reason why her appearances remain memorable within cult film circles. Beneath the Valley of the Ultra-Vixens is a standout example of her ability to bring a distinctive blend of confidence and camp to screen.
