Karen Alston
Karen Alston left a distinctive mark in genre cinema with her role as the anxious young nurse in Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers. Her performance captured the tense atmosphere that director Dwight H. Little aimed to revive in this iconic slasher sequel, grounding the supernatural terror in relatable human fear. Though not a household name, Alston’s presence stands out in this installment of the Halloween franchise, adding quietly effective layers to the nightmarish events unfolding around the character of Jamie Lloyd. Fans of the series appreciate how her work complements the film's eerie tone and relentless suspense, making her part of the larger Halloween legacy. Her contribution is a reminder that even smaller roles can leave a lasting impression in cult classics beloved by horror enthusiasts.
