Zach Mills
Zach Mills made a memorable impression as a child actor with his role as Woody, the curious and spirited younger brother in Kit Kittredge: An American Girl, a film that captures the spirit of the Great Depression with warmth and humor. Beyond this charming family movie, Mills is also known for his unsettling yet natural performance as Brian in David Fincher’s psychological thriller Zodiac, where his quiet intensity adds to the film’s gripping atmosphere. His ability to bring depth to his characters, whether in family dramas or tense thrillers, reveals a talent for subtlety and authenticity. Working with directors like Patricia Rozema and Fincher helped him avoid typical child star clichés, making his performances feel grounded and true. Fans of character-driven films will appreciate how Mills inhabits roles that feel lived-in rather than acted.
