A Christmas Carol (1999)

On Christmas Eve, the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge is visited by three spirits who expose the bleakness of his current life and the painful moments from his past. These supernatural encounters reveal how Scrooge’s selfishness and harsh behavior affect those around him, including his loyal clerk Bob Cratchit and Cratchit’s family.

As Scrooge confronts visions of his youth, present hardships, and the possible outcome of his future, he is forced to reconsider his values and choices. The story takes place primarily in Victorian London, capturing the cold and hardship of the season alongside moments of warmth and reflection.
