San Francisco cop Jack Cates has spent years pursuing a mysterious drug lord known only as the Ice Man. When Jack discovers a photograph revealing that the Ice Man has placed a bounty on Reggie Hammond, a convict about to be released from prison, the two are forced into an uneasy alliance.

With only 48 hours to avoid deadly threats and uncover the drug kingpin’s identity, Jack and Reggie navigate the city’s criminal underworld, relying on their contrasting skills to survive. The clock is ticking as they work together to outsmart dangerous foes before time runs out.
