Dead Poets Society (1989)
At Welton Academy, a traditional and prestigious boarding school in New England, a new English teacher named John Keating encourages his students to challenge rigid expectations and think independently. Keating inspires classmates like Neil Perry, Todd Anderson, and their friends to embrace the motto of “carpe diem,” urging them to seize the day and discover their own passions.
