Evil Dead (2013)

Mia, struggling with drug addiction, retreats to her family’s secluded forest cabin with her brother David, his girlfriend Natalie, and their friends Olivia and Eric. Hoping to support Mia through a difficult withdrawal, the group settles in for what should be a private healing experience.

While exploring the cabin, Eric discovers an ancient Book of the Dead and unwittingly reads from it, unleashing a sinister force. The dark presence quickly targets Mia, leading to terrifying consequences as the group faces an otherworldly menace in the remote woods.
