Teenage Tina Shepard possesses powerful telekinetic abilities that strain her emotional control. During a visit to Crystal Lake, an accidental use of her powers breaks the chains holding the long-drowned Jason Voorhees beneath the water. Jason soon resurfaces, reigniting the terror around the lake with deadly consequences for those nearby.

As Jason stalks the area once more, Tina must confront both her own unstable powers and the unstoppable force of the masked killer. The clash between Tina’s emerging abilities and Jason’s relentless brutality sets the stage for a tense battle at the infamous lakeside.
