Gremlins 2: The New Batch (1990)

Billy and Kate relocate to a cutting-edge office complex in New York City, where they settle into their new jobs and reunite with Gizmo, the gentle Mogwai. Their plans take a turn when a series of mishaps trigger the creation of an unruly new batch of Gremlins.

The pesky creatures infiltrate a secret laboratory within the complex and undergo genetic modifications that grant them unusual and dangerous abilities. As the Gremlins multiply and evolve, Billy and Kate face the challenge of containing the chaos within the high-tech environment.
