Halloween (1978)
In the quiet town of Haddonfield, Illinois, Michael Myers, who was institutionalized after murdering his sister on Halloween night in 1963, breaks free from the mental hospital fifteen years later. His escape sets off a chilling wave of terror as he returns to his hometown with the intent to kill once again.
Laurie Strode, a high school student, becomes increasingly aware of the lurking danger as Dr. Loomis, Michael’s committed psychiatrist, races to stop him. As Halloween night unfolds, the characters confront the relentless threat posed by Michael Myers in a tense and suspenseful atmosphere.
