Hamlet (1990)

Prince Hamlet of Denmark is shaken by the sudden death of his father, the king. When the ghost of his father appears and reveals that Hamlet’s uncle Claudius murdered him to seize the throne, Hamlet becomes consumed by the need for justice and revenge. Amidst the cold halls of Elsinore Castle, Hamlet must navigate complex relationships with key figures such as his mother Gertrude, his love interest Ophelia, and loyal friend Horatio. The presence of Claudius looms large, as he consolidates his power while Hamlet confronts the moral and political turmoil of avenging his father’s death.
