The Haunted Mansion (2003)

Jim Evers and his wife Sara, who run a real estate business together, receive a call from Edward Gracey, a reclusive mansion owner looking to sell his sprawling estate. When the Evers family arrives, they are caught in a sudden, intense thunderstorm that prevents them from leaving. The mansion is filled with mysterious inhabitants, including the brooding Gracey and his enigmatic butler.

As the storm traps them inside, the family encounters a mix of eerie and quirky residents, both visible and hidden, that turn the house into a puzzling and unsettling place.
