Liar Liar (1997)

Fletcher Reede is a fast-talking attorney known for bending the truth to win cases and navigate his chaotic life. On his son Max’s birthday, Max makes a wish that causes Fletcher to be unable to lie for 24 hours. Suddenly forced to speak only the truth, Fletcher struggles to handle his work at the law firm, his relationship with his ex-wife Audrey, and the various complications that arise when honesty takes over.

As Fletcher copes with this unexpected challenge, he finds himself in awkward and difficult situations both in court and at home. The inability to deceive tests his patience and reveals the impact of his usual dishonesty, forcing him to confront the consequences of his actions while managing the expectations of those around him.
