Jack Harper is a drone technician stationed on a ravaged Earth, tasked with maintaining equipment crucial to an operation that harvests the planet’s remaining resources after a prolonged war with alien invaders called the Scavs. His isolated routine is disrupted when he rescues a mysterious woman from a crashed spacecraft, prompting him to reevaluate his mission and the reality he has accepted.
As Jack grapples with unsettling discoveries, the mission’s true purpose and his role within it come into question. With humanity’s survival hanging in the balance, he must navigate shifting alliances and uncover hidden truths that challenge everything he thought he knew.

On page 2, is Tom Cruise in his socks when he’s running on the exercise wheel like a hamster? I think he is, how cute! They look very much like black ankle socks and you can see the natural shape of his feet through them.
