Queen of Blood (1966)

A spaceship crew responds to an alien distress signal coming from Mars, where they discover a lone survivor on an otherwise deserted base. Among the team is a scientist and several crew members tasked with investigating the mysterious circumstances behind the signal and the fate of the original inhabitants.

When one crew member is found mysteriously drained of blood, it becomes clear that the survivor is not as harmless as she seems. The team must contend with a life-threatening creature aboard their ship, forcing them into a desperate struggle to contain the deadly presence as they try to return safely to Earth.
