Television executive Frank Cross is known for his ruthless ambition and icy demeanor, which have cost him both personal and professional relationships. On Christmas Eve, after harshly dismissing a staff member, Frank is confronted by a series of unexpected visitors who offer him a chance to revisit his past and reconsider the path he’s chosen.

As these supernatural encounters unfold, Frank grapples with memories and visions that force him to confront the consequences of his behavior. With the future of his Christmas Eve broadcast and his life hanging in the balance, Frank must decide whether to change his ways before it’s too late.
