Species (1995)

In 1993, a team working on the Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence Project receives a mysterious signal containing the blueprint for alien DNA. Using this information, scientists successfully create Sil, a hybrid creature combining extraterrestrial genetics with human DNA. Sil appears as an alluring woman but possesses the ability to rapidly transform into a deadly, armored predator.

As Sil escapes containment, a group of specialists including geneticist Dr. Laura Baker and government agent Xavier Fitch race to track her down before she can reproduce. The pursuit brings them into dangerous confrontations with the creature’s lethal instincts and unknown capabilities, forcing the team to confront the unpredictable consequences of merging alien life with humanity.
