Katrin Sass
Katrin Sass brought a striking presence to the screen as Lara, the determined mother in Wolfgang Becker’s Good Bye, Lenin!. Her portrayal captures the tension of a woman caught between East German ideals and the rapidly changing world around her. Known primarily as an actor, Sass also delivered a compelling performance in the East German classic Solo Sunny, where her raw portrayal of a struggling singer revealed her fearless approach to complex characters.
