The Benchwarmers (2006)

Three grown men who missed out on childhood sports chances band together to form a three-player baseball team, aiming to challenge traditional little league squads. Gus, Richie, and Clark face skepticism and ridicule as they try to prove themselves on the field, using unconventional tactics and teamwork to compete against more experienced and organized teams.

Set in a community where little league baseball is serious business, their underdog team attracts attention and tension from established players and parents alike. Along the way, they enlist support from friends and confront past insecurities while navigating the challenges of playing organized youth baseball as adult newcomers.
