The Evil of Frankenstein (1964)

Baron Frankenstein returns to his hometown only to find his past experiments condemned and his laboratory ransacked. In a desperate attempt to revive his creature, he forms an uneasy alliance with a hypnotist—unleashing a chain of destruction he can no longer control.

This entry in the Hammer Frankenstein saga stars Peter Cushing and brings the monster face-to-face with a society unwilling to forget its past sins. Gothic sets, icy justice, and tragic ambition collide in this moody chapter of the series.
