Seymour works at a struggling florist shop on skid row, quietly harboring feelings for his charming co-worker Audrey. One day, he discovers an unusual plant with a strange ability to speak, which sets his life on an unexpected path.

As Seymour cares for the mysterious plant, he realizes it requires a disturbing source of nourishment to survive—human blood and flesh. This shocking demand forces him to confront a growing conflict between his desires, his loyalty to Audrey, and the peculiar needs of the plant he has brought to life.
