The Thing (1982)

In a remote Antarctic research station, a group of scientists and support staff, including helicopter pilot MacReady and camp commander Dr. Copper, discover a mysterious alien life form buried in the ice. When the creature is accidentally thawed, it begins to infiltrate the team by impersonating them, sowing distrust and paranoia among the members.

As the shape-shifting entity mimics its victims with chilling precision, the isolated crew must find a way to identify and contain the organism before it spreads beyond the station. Tensions rise as survival becomes uncertain amid the frozen wasteland.
