The Wolverine (2013)

Logan travels to modern-day Japan to meet Yashida, an aging industrialist who once saved his life during World War II. Despite Logan’s reluctance, Yashida offers him the chance to relinquish his healing powers in exchange for a normal life. Upon his arrival, Logan encounters complex ties to Yashida’s family, including Mariko, Yashida’s granddaughter, whose involvement draws him deeper into the country’s dangerous underworld.

As tensions rise, Logan faces fierce adversaries, notably the relentless samurai assassin Yukio and other skilled fighters determined to protect Yashida’s legacy. His journey challenges his physical limits and forces him to confront painful memories. In the midst of Tokyo’s neon-lit streets and traditional settings, Logan must navigate betrayals and hidden agendas while striving to protect those he cares about.
