Village of the Damned (1960)

In the quiet English village of Midwich, all the residents suddenly lose consciousness for several hours. When they awaken, every woman of childbearing age discovers she is inexplicably pregnant. The children born bear identical, unnatural features—platinum blonde hair and piercing eyes—and display a mysterious mental link to one another.

Dr. Alan Chafford arrives to investigate the unsettling phenomenon and tries to understand the disturbing behavior of these unusual children. As the villagers grapple with fear and suspicion, tensions rise over how to handle the growing presence of these enigmatic offspring living among them.
