Annie (1982)
Annie is a young orphan living under the strict supervision of Miss Hannigan at a city orphanage. Convinced her parents left her behind, she dreams of finding them while enduring the harsh conditions of the facility.
Her life changes when the wealthy Oliver “Daddy” Warbucks invites an orphan to stay in his mansion to enhance his public image, and Annie is chosen. As she adjusts to luxury, Warbucks announces a search for Annie’s parents with a reward, attracting imposters hoping to claim the money, complicating the quest for her real family.
