Cleopatra (1963)

Cleopatra, the Queen of Egypt, seeks to maintain her grip on power by forming a political and romantic alliance with Julius Caesar, the ruler of Rome. Their union shifts the balance of influence between the two great civilizations.

After Caesar’s assassination, Cleopatra turns to Marc Antony, one of Caesar’s top generals, hoping to secure her position once more. However, Antony’s ambitions clash with those of Caesar’s chosen heir, setting the stage for a struggle over control of the Roman Empire.
