Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days (2012)

Greg Heffley looks forward to a summer filled with video games and hanging out with his friends. However, his plans are interrupted when his dad insists on spending more quality time together, much to Greg’s dismay. To avoid a summer of outdoor activities and father-son bonding, Greg fabricates a story about working at an exclusive country club.

Greg’s scheme quickly unravels, leading him into a series of awkward situations and an ill-fated camping trip. Alongside his brother Rodrick and friends, Greg navigates the challenges of a summer that turns out very differently from what he had imagined.
