Ernest Scared Stupid (1991)

Ernest P. Worrell, a well-meaning but clumsy man, accidentally unleashes an ancient evil demon hidden within a sacred tomb near his town. The demon quickly begins to spread chaos, forcing Ernest to confront the dark force he has released.

Despite a 200-year-old curse that causes Ernest to become frightened and foolish, he sets out to protect his community from the demon’s rampage. With his trademark bumbling style, Ernest faces a supernatural threat that turns his simple world upside down, leading to plenty of laughs along the way.
