Sleepy Hollow (1999)

Ichabod Crane, a rational and meticulous detective, is sent to the small village of Sleepy Hollow, New York, to investigate a series of brutal decapitations. The local villagers believe the murders are the work of the Headless Horseman, a ghostly figure said to roam the nearby woods.
