Star Trek: The Motion Picture (1979)

After a mysterious alien force destroys three Klingon cruisers, Captain James T. Kirk is called back to command the refitted U.S.S. Enterprise. Alongside key crew members including Spock and Dr. McCoy, Kirk embarks on a mission to investigate and confront the unidentified entity threatening the Federation.

As the Enterprise journeys into deep space to track the powerful presence, the crew must navigate tensions with the Klingon Empire and the unknown dangers posed by the alien force. The fate of the Federation depends on their ability to uncover the nature of this new threat.
