Patti’s pet cat D.C. roams the neighborhood each night, unknowingly carrying a secret message from a kidnap victim. When Patti discovers the unusual behavior of her mischievous feline, she realizes that D.C. might be connected to the mysterious disappearance. Determined to solve the case, she tries to convince local law enforcement, who are initially doubtful, to take action before time runs out.
With the help of characters like Zeke and the skeptical agents, Patti navigates a series of clues tied to her cat’s nightly adventures. The search leads them through the community, involving neighbors and various locations as they piece together the trail left by D.C.
