The Haunting (1963)

Dr. John Markway invites Eleanor, Theodora, and Luke to Hill House, a remote mansion with a dark past, to participate in a sleep study focused on investigating paranormal phenomena. The group aims to document any supernatural occurrences while staying overnight within the unsettling walls of the estate.

As the nights progress, it becomes clear that Markway’s true interest lies in unlocking the mysteries surrounding the mansion’s eerie history and reported hauntings. The visitors confront strange noises and unexplained events, forcing them to face the unsettling nature of the house itself.
