In a future galaxy where water is the most valuable resource, the last water-rich planet has been hidden at the very center of the galaxy following brutal trade wars. An oppressive emperor rules over a powerful trade oligarchy that monopolizes the mining and distribution of ice harvested from asteroids and comets.

Amid this harsh environment, a group of rogue ice pirates navigates the dangers of space to steal precious water supplies. Facing off against imperial forces and the harsh realities of survival, characters like the pirates and members of the fractured galaxy must contend with the scarcity of water and the ruthless control exerted by the trade oligarchy.
