Brad and Janet, a newly engaged couple, find themselves stranded when their car gets a flat tire on a deserted road. Seeking help, they stumble upon a remote mansion belonging to Dr Frank-N-Furter, a flamboyant and seductive scientist known for his eccentric party guests and outrageous style.

Inside the mansion, Brad and Janet are drawn into a bizarre world filled with peculiar characters and wild rock music. Dr Frank-N-Furter introduces them to his latest experiment, a perfect, muscular man brought to life through his unconventional scientific methods.
