In Styria, the Karnstein family, known for their vampiric curse, have long haunted the countryside with their thirst for blood. After suffering the loss of his entire family to the Karnsteins, Baron Hartog takes it upon himself to destroy the undead by staking them through the heart. Despite his efforts, the grave of Mircalla Karnstein, a captivating and dangerous vampire, remains elusive.

Years later, a fragile peace is shattered when Mircalla rises from her resting place, driven by a desire for revenge and fresh victims. Her return reignites fear among the locals as she resumes the dark legacy of the Karnsteins, threatening all around her with her supernatural power.
