In a future where rising seas have submerged nearly all land, a mutant drifter is rescued by Helen, a resourceful barmaid from a floating settlement. Alongside Enola, a young girl carrying the tattoo of a map to the mythical Dryland on her back, they set out across the endless ocean aboard the drifter’s small trimaran vessel.

Their journey quickly attracts the attention of the ruthless pirate Deacon, who commands a formidable flotilla and is desperate to seize Enola’s secret map to gain control of the last remaining landmass. The trio must navigate treacherous waters and evade Deacon’s pursuit to survive in a world where land is legend and water reigns supreme.
