Having adjusted to life in London, Tarzan is summoned back to the Congo to investigate suspicious operations at a mining encampment. He must confront the dangers of the jungle he once called home, navigating a complex web of political and personal conflicts.

Alongside his wife Jane, Tarzan encounters mercenaries and colonial officials led by the ruthless Captain Leon Rom.
