Peter Parker, a high school student raised by his Uncle Ben and Aunt May after his parents’ mysterious disappearance, discovers a hidden briefcase belonging to his father. His investigation leads him to Oscorp and the laboratory of Dr. Curt Connors, his father’s former research partner. As Peter uncovers secrets about his family, he gains extraordinary abilities that set him apart from his peers.

When Connors transforms into the dangerous creature known as The Lizard, Peter must confront this new threat while grappling with his own identity and responsibilities. Faced with difficult decisions, he embraces his powers, embarking on a path that will challenge him to protect the city and those he cares about.
